Our London Museum was opened by Her Majesty the Queen in 1972 and is situated on the historic site of the London Aerodrome. It contains over 100 exciting displays of aircraft from around the world including some very early aircraft designs, war planes through to the latest modern day jets and military aircraft.

Our Cosford Museum in the West Midlands houses 70 aircraft and is home to War Planes, Missiles, Transport & Training and Research & Development collections. The National Cold War Exhibition with its interactive kiosks and hotspots offers visitors the opportunity to see what life was like behind the Iron Curtain.
RAF Museum London is Britain's only national air museum dedicated to aviation and has a total collection of well over a hundred full-size aircraft from all over the world which are displayed under cover on the historic site of the original London Aerodrome. The London collection includes some very early airplane designs, war planes including the legendary Battle of Britain Spitfire airplanes and Lancaster Bomber of World War II, through to the latest modern day jets and military aircraft. This site contains a comprehensive library of pictures, photos and detailed information about all of the airplanes in the Museum's different collections.

RAF Museum Cosford aims to preserve an important part of Britain's national aviation heritage and to display it for future generations. The Cosford Aircraft Collection includes British, German, American, Japanese and Argentinian airplanes, all with an important place in the development of military aviation history. Cosford also hosts an extensive missile collection, including unique, early German experimental missiles, a Transport and Training airplane collection as well as a Research and Development collection.
