Below is a selection from the Royal Air Force Museum's Vehicle Collection.

BSA Motorcycle

Medium sized motorcycle with white weather shield with blue lamp, rear luggage rack, and two cloth panniers.

Small, lightweight motorcycle with 98cc two-stroke engine. Painted overall dark green.

4 x 4 chassis, mounted with oval shaped 300 gallon liquid tank, 2 cylinders either side of tank, 1000gpm pump at rear, and single seat open cab.

General use by the RAF during the 40s and 50s.

A V8, automatic gearbox tractor, capable of pulling up to 102 tons.

Vehicle with 2 seater cab and dental surgery body on 6 wheeled chassis.

4-wheeled truck with enclosed single seat cab, set of forks and loading platform on left side.

2-door, right hand drive short wheelbase vehicle, with rear steps leading up to platform, with Perspex side panels. Painted overall blue-grey.

This battery powered tug is daily use by the museum technical team. It was retired from British Airways service at London's Heathrow Airport in 1998.

3-wheeled single seat truck, with front engine on swivelling turntable and rear open platform.

2-door, 4-seat, "Traveller"-bodied motor car, with 1 litre engine.
