How much does this package cost?

The cost is £17.50 per person (children's menu £5.00 per child) and is an all inclusive package. Flight Simulator ride is available at an additional cost of £1.75 per person.

What size groups can you cater for?

There is a minimum of 4 adults per party.

Where do we go when we arrive?

When you arrive please make your way to the Admissions Desk in the Visitor Centre where you will be given your party pack including car parking pass, Guide Book, simulator voucher (if pre-booked) and gift for the Birthday person.

Will we have a personal guide for this experience?

This all inclusive package includes your very own personal guide who will tour the whole site with you, bringing to life the aircraft and exhibits on display.

Is there a designated area for the Birthday Party Lunch?

Yes! There will be a reserved party table in the Refuel Restaurant for your party.

Are all parts of the Museum accessible to wheelchair users?

Yes all parts of the museum are accessible to wheelchair users. It is helpful for us if you inform us prior to your visit if there are wheelchair users within your party.

Does the Museum allow the use of cameras?

Yes! You can use cameras, camcorders etc throughout your visit in any part of the museum.

How do I pay?

A £25 deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due on the day of the party. Payments can be made by cash, credit/debit card or cheque made payable to the Royal Air Force Museum Enterprises Ltd.
