Group Visits & Guided Tours of RAF Museum Cosford
In response to many requests, the Museum can organise tours for pre-booked groups at a cost of £20 per guide.
Please note: If your group would like an in-depth tour of the aircraft including specific technical information, please contact 01902 376 200.
Please give seven working days notice if you would like a guided tour to guarantee availability.

Gloster Javelin
Guided tour of the National Cold War Exhibition
Includes primary information on the aircraft with key facts and statistics such as speed and crew numbers. Brief historical information will be given on the Cold War aircraft including what makes each exhibit unique.
This tour last approx 1 hour.
Guided tour
Standard Tour of RAF Museum Cosford
This tour takes in Warplanes, Transport and the Test Flight collections. Your guides will take a party through the wartime hangars picking out highlights such as the world's oldest Spitfire. Brief historical information will be given on the aircraft including what makes the individual exhibits special.
This tour lasts approx 2 hours.
Extended tour
Extended Tour of RAF Museum Cosford
The extended tour is a combination of the standard and NCWE tours. Your guide will be with your party throughout the day and this tour includes a break for lunch.
This tour lasts approx 5 hours (including lunch break).

Michael Beetham Conservation Centre Tours
Available to pre-booked groups on Friday afternoons, this is an opportunity to have a guided tour of the aircraft restoration and conservation workshops.
