The Royal Air Force Museum has two unique aircraft halls available for exclusive hire:

Battle of Britain Hall

Guests will arrive for a drinks reception through 'London in the Blitz' and 'Our Finest Hour' sipping bubbly beneath the iconic Spitfire and Hurricane. Mingling in this area guests can enjoy the songs of the 1940's and even have dinner called by air raid siren!

Dinner will be served underneath the wings of the magnificent Sunderland Flying Boat. The Battle of Britain Hall can seat up 100 people for a Christmas dinner dance offering the opportunity to dine and dance beneath the Historic aircraft.

Hire of the Hall for a Christmas party includes table decorations, crackers, the standard event lighting package and PA system, plenty of free car parking, cloakroom and assistants, security and event management.

Historic Hangars

The impressive Historic Hangars is perfect for Christmas parties and events involving larger numbers; this space can comfortably seat up to 360 people for a dinner dance and up to 800 people for an informal standing reception.

Guests will arrive for a drinks reception beside the Tornado and Spitfire - and even have the chance to ride with the Red Arrows in our fantastic flight simulator before dinner - a truly memorable event!

Dining tables will be set beneath the wings of the world famous Lancaster and the party will be surrounded by other iconic aircraft from the Second World War; this area can be enhanced by a star cloth and songs from the 1940's to really get people 'in the mood'.

For numbers of over 360 people we can accommodate dinners underneath the Lancaster for up to 444 people with music and dancing held in the adjacent Dermot Boyle Wing.

In such outstanding surroundings of either the Historic Hangars or the Battle of Britain Hall your Christmas party will be remembered forever, with the aircraft inevitably bringing an extraordinary magic to your Christmas party.
