RAF Museum Conference Centre Hire Charges

Room hire charges for our conference facilities are given below, but don't forget that we also offer a comprehensive range of Day Delegate Rates.

Daytime Events

Boardroom meetings from £400
Meeting space from £1,100
Conference space from £1,950
Exhibition space from £2,150
Day delegate rates from £40.75 per person

Daytime events include ample free car parking, exclusive use of the conference desk, cloakroom and access to the Museum between 10am and 6pm.

Most daytime rates also include furniture and equipment - please contact the Corporate Events Team to discuss in more detail.

Evening Events

Venue Hire for receptions and dinners from 50 people - from £1,500 VAT exempt
Dinner Dances from £5,000 VAT exempt

Evening receptions and dinners include ample free car parking, cloakroom and assistants, security and full event management.

Some equipment is included.
