Christmas Delegate Rate

Why not add a festive twist to your meeting or conference this December?
Imagine guests arriving at the conference entrance to be greeted by yourselves at the exclusive welcome desk, before making their way up to our recently refurbished Art Gallery for a welcome cup of coffee.
The main meeting will then take place in the adjacent Lecture Theatre which has tiered seating for 224 people and a fully equipped projection room.
Finish the day off by enjoying a merry drinks reception in our Art Gallery which offers stunning views of the Historic Hangars below.
The package includes:
- Hire of the Lecture Theatre and Art Gallery from 09:00 to 17:00
- Hire of the Art Gallery for your drinks reception from 17:00 to 18:00
- Theatre style seating
- Stage and screen
- Data projector
- PA system
- Lectern and lectern microphone
