General

Learners from pre-school to degree level benefit from a visit as do lifelong learners. 'A' Level history students may apply to use our extensive archives. Art students often use the Museum for sketching.

School Lunch Area

Time in the indoor picnic area will be allocated as part of your school booking.

Outside Picnic Area

It is not necessary to book the outside picnic area - first come, first seated.

Cloakroom Storage

Storage is available for bags and coats but at busy times we ask groups arriving by coach or minibus to leave belongings on their vehicle (by arrangement with your driver). This is more convenient in fine weather when the outside picnic area is used and quick access to bags is required.
