Please make your way to the Milestones of Flight entrance (identifiable by the sculpture). Please note that the museum opens at 10am. If your party arrives before this time please wait in your coach or by the museum entrance until 10am as we cannot let you into the museum before this time.
Yes, all parts of the museum are accessible to wheelchair users. However, it is important that you notify us in advance so that necessary access arrangements can be made.

Storage capacity is extremely limited and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that bags and coats are kept to a minimum and either left on the coach or carried around.
Yes, there is a picnic Area in Aeronauts interactive centre. However, schools on booked programmes have a priority as lunch needs to be timetabled to fit around workshops. On weekends/school holidays the picnic area is used by families and may become filled very quickly. If the weather is nice and you would prefer to eat outside we have an out door picnic area near the Battle of Britain Hall.
Yes, you can use cameras, camcorders etc throughout your visit in any part of the museum.
