The Royal Air Force Museum is a National Museum that tells the story of the RAF through its people and collections. It has three sites (London, Cosford and Stafford) and a trading company which supplements its funding which comes principally from the Ministry of Defence.

The Access and Learning Administrator will deliver outstanding customer service, managing all enquiries in a proficient and professional manner. 

The successful post holder will be responsible for the administration of Access and Learning activities including the Summer Time Advanced Aeronautical Residential (STAAR) programme in partnership with Northrop Grumman and RAF Cosford. 

You will need to demonstrate the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires excellent communication and IT skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude to deliver outstanding customer service. 
This vacancy is a fixed term contract, working 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day on any 5 days out of the 7-day week.
