How much does this package cost?

Children’s Party – the cost is £14.99 per child and is an all inclusive package.

Adult Birthday Party – the cost is £18.50 per person (children’s menu £7.00 per child) and is an all inclusive package.

Flight Simulator

Ride is available at an additional cost of £2.00 per person.

4D Experience

Ride is available at an additional cost of £4.00 per person.

What size groups can you cater for?
A minimum number of four people per party.

Where do we go when we arrive?
When you arrive please make your way to the Admissions Desk in the Visitor Centre. Our staff will process your booking and help with any questions you have.

Will we have a personal guide for this experience?
The Children’s Party package is self-guided and does not include a personal guide around the Museum. Children must be accompanied at all times around the Museum by responsible adults. We recommend one adult per 5 children attending this event.

The Adult Birthday Party package includes your very own personal guide who will tour the whole site with you, bringing to life the aircraft and exhibits on display.

Is there a designated area for the Birthday Party Lunch?
There will be a reserved party table in the Refuel Restaurant for your party.

For Children’s Birthday parties, the table will be decorated with balloons and banners and an additional table for parents will be reserved.

Are all parts of the Museum accessible to wheelchair users?
Yes all parts of the museum are accessible to wheelchair users. It is helpful for us if you inform us prior to your visit if there are wheelchair users within your party.

Does the Museum allow the use of cameras?
You can use cameras, camcorders etc throughout your visit in any part of the museum.

How do I pay?

A £25.00 deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due on the day of the party. Payments can be made by cash, credit/debit card or cheque payable to the Royal Air Force Museum Enterprises Ltd.
