Hangar 1 Temporary Closure

During recent extreme weather the Museum was subject to localised floods and lightning strikes. Unfortunately this has meant that we are still trying to resolve the technical faults and damage caused. H1 was particularly affected and therefore we are unable to open the hangar whilst the work to rectify the situation continues. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and please be reassured that we are doing all that we can to rectify the problem.

The Museum will be closed from 24-26 December 2018 and 1 January 2019.

Please be aware that from time-to-time, some areas of the Museum will have to be closed for Corporate Events. We aim to keep inconvenience to a minimum whilst making as many exhibits available as possible.

Admissions Policy

For admission purposes and for your safety, we will record your admission.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to the Museum at any time.
