STAAR 2019

Leading global security company Northrop Grumman and the Royal Air Force Museum in partnership with RAF Cosford, Tablet Academy and the RAF Youth and STEM Engagement Team are offering STAAR (Summer Time Advanced Aerospace Residency) for a select number of Year 10 students! The two fully immersive residential week-long camps are taking place between 22–26 July and 29 July –2 August 2019.

There are 30 places available on each week-long camp and the selection process will be random. Nominations will be split into two draws by gender with 15 students chosen for each draw, to ensure an even gender split.

Students working with a robotSchools can nominate any students who are interested or have shown a flair for STEM to attend this amazing residential summer camp.

Teachers should discuss any applications for the STAAR camp with the nominated students and their parents before filling in the form. Please complete one form per student.
