A night at the RAF Museum!
Grab your sleeping bags ready for a night at the Museum! Youth groups aged 7 -15 are invited to set up camp at the Royal Air Force Museum Cosford, where they will sleep amongst the planes, tanks and missiles.
Our popular Pillows and Pilots event is back! Saturday, 19 March, youngsters have the amazing opportunity to explore the RAF Museum after opening hours. The event is open to youth groups with young people aged between 7 and 15 years.
In 2022, the event will be bigger and better than ever before! Groups will set up camp in the National Cold War Hangar and are invited to take part in a full evening of activities in the Test Flight and War in the Air Hangar.
The perfect end to an exciting night will be the perfectly themed film that can be enjoyed with popcorn before settling down for the night nestled amongst the aircraft.
New in 2022, the 4D Experience or a ride in the Simulator is included in the ticket price and each participant will receive a unique Pillows and Pilots woven badge. A continental breakfast will be served the following morning and all participants will have early bird access to the Museum Shop.
Sleepovers at the RAF Museum Cosford are suitable for organised groups of children (Brownies, Guides, Cubs, Scouts and Cadets) aged 7-15 years; with a ratio of 1 adult per 8 children. Minimum of 16 children and 2 adults per booking.
