FAQS for Children's Parties

How much does this package cost?

The cost is £13.99 per child for all bookings made before 31 October 2018.

What size groups can you cater for?

The minimum group size for this package is 8 children and the maximum 25 children per party.

Does the catering include food for adults?

The catering provided is solely for children attending the party. If you would like to organise catering for adults supervising the party, please ask about this at the time of booking.

Where do we go when we arrive?

When you arrive please make your way to the entrance of Hangar 1 where your children's goody bags and activity sheets will be waiting for them. This is also the place for the party to meet.

Will we have a personal guide for this experience?

This experience does not include a personal guide around the Museum, however, activity sheets are included. Children must be accompanied at all times around the Museum by responsible adults. We recommend one adult per 5 children attending this event.

Is there a designated area for the Birthday lunch?

Yes! As part of the package we will reserve the appropriate size of table(s) for your party in Claude's Restaurant, located outside by Hangar 6. If you wish you are welcome to bring additional decorations for your table. If you wish to bring a birthday cake, we would be happy to store this in the Restaurant's fridge prior to the start of the party.  Alternatively our Restaurant can supply a cake for an additional charge.

How do I pay?

Please remember to bring payment with you on the day which is to be paid on arrival in Hangar 1. The amount due is on your covering letter. You can pay with cash, cheques or card. We accept payment by Maestro, Switch, Visa, Barclaycard, AMEX. Cheques should be made payable to Royal Air Force Museum.
