RAF Museum Lates: Gin and Swing

9 May 2019

The RAF Museum Lates Logo

Join us for an evening of all things forties at the RAF Museum… get your feet tapping with a Gin and Tonic in hand! Gin Jamboree are in the house with dozens of gins on offer, Tricity Vogue and the All Girl Swing Band will get your feet tapping and Swing Patrol can show you how. Join us after hours at the RAF Museum for Gin and Swing!

Gin lovers rejoice! Gin Jamboree celebrate the best of Gin, and their pop-up bars allow you try  exciting Gin’s and find your new favourite!

There’s a selection of around 50 Gins to choose from, each prepared as the ‘perfect serve’ with the right mixer and garnish and presented in a huge ‘copa de balon’ glass.

There’s just one simple price structure across the range £6.00 for a single: £9.00 for a double complete with mixer and garnish and the bar takes all major cards and cash of course.

Not sure which to choose? The bar team are all experienced Gin lovers who are happy to recommend. There will also be a small range of non-Gins available on the bar (beer, soft drinks, wine etc).

Let the fun be Gin!

Tricity Vogue and the All Girl Swing Band

Tricity Vogue formed her All Girl Swing Band in 2011 inspired by bandleader Ivy Benson, whose All Girl Swing Band became the BBC Resident Dance Band in 1943 and was the first band to play in liberated Berlin after World War Two. They will certainly get your toes tapping with their quirky swing take on some modern tunes!
