Make for Mother's Day

2 - 3 March 2013

A Mother's Day Card from First World WarDaily from 11am to 1pm and from 2pm to 4pm.

Join us on the weekend before Mothering Sunday to make your own Mother's Day Card and paper flower to give to your mother on Sunday 10th March.

Take inspiration from our display case containing a selection of Mother's Day tokens that have been given by RAF Personnel to their Mums throughout the decades. Then make your own card and paper flower using the free materials provided by the Museum.

This activity is suitable for children aged 5 and above, though younger children are welcome to participate. All children wishing to take part in this activity must be accompanied by a responsible adult, to provide them with assistance should they require it. This activity will be located in the Museum's Sydney Camm Area, which is located directly in front of the Museum's Lancaster Bomber.
