It is just over a year since the Dornier Do 17 German bomber was salvaged from the English Channel. This weekend the BBC News 24 Channel will screen a 30 minute TV programme looking at the challenges of the aircraft's recovery both in the sea and on the land.

The programme is scheduled for:

Saturday 28th June 2014 – 14:30
Sunday 29th June 2014 – 05:30, 10:30 and 16:30
Monday 30th June 2014 – 01:30

The Dornier Do-17 is now on display at Cosford in hydration tunnels.  If you would like to find out more about this fascinating project, click here.  You can also find out about progress and the personalities involved in the project via our blog.
