Vitality North London Half Marathon

Published on: 01 March 2017

On Sunday 12 March the Vitality North London Half Marathon will be taking place with participants running through Colindale and London Borough of Barnet.

The Museum will be on the Half Marathon's Route with roads around the Museum, in particular Grahame Park Way, Colindale Road and Bunn's Lane closed until 1pm.

Public footpaths will, however, be open. Therefore if you intend visiting the Museum on Sunday 12 March we would suggest either postponing your visit until after 1pm or taking London Underground to Colindale Station, which is located on the Edgware Branch of the Northern Line, and walking to the Museum from there.  This will take you approximately 10 minutes.

You may also be able to reach us by walking from Mill Hill Broadway (overland train service from Kings Cross St.Pancras). This walk will take you approximately 25 minutes.

The Museum itself will be open as normal from 10 am on Sunday with last admission being at 5:30 pm. So come out and show your support to the runners participating and then drop in for a visit.
