Prince Edward employed a full-time pilot, Edward ”Mouse” Fielden, who always accompanied him on flights. The aircraft were based at Hendon and acquired the unofficial title of “The Royal Flight”. This is The Royal Flight Vickers Viastra landing at Hendon during the 1934 pageant.
