We are looking to recruit a Retail Assistant.

You will be responsible for performing simulator operator duties and carrying out retail work in the Museum Shop. The ideal person for this position should have excellent customer service skills, a friendly attitude and the ability to multi-task. You must be able to demonstrate ability to deliver exceptional visitor service, ensuring that the experience provided by The Royal Air Force Museum exceeds the expectations of all visitors and that they are delighted with our first-class service and connected with our compelling stories.

This is a full-time, fixed term role, working 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day on any 5 days out of the 7-day week, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
