Do you have a question or query for us?

We always aim to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible. Most enquiries are acknowledged within 24 hours, but in some circumstances it may take up to five working days for more complex enquiries. Don’t worry we’ll let you know if it will take any longer.

If you’re enquiring about a collection item, our RAF Stories service or if you need our collections team to provide a specific answer, we’ll need more time and in some circumstances it may take us up to twenty working days to get back to you. Simply email either london@rafmuseum.org or midlands@rafmuseum.org or check out our website, which has lots of amazing facts and information.

Do you have a complaint?

Should there ever be an occasion when you feel we have failed to honour our promise, we will do everything possible to ensure your complaint has been dealt with quickly and fairly.

Please note, however, that some complaints will be more complex and therefore require longer to be fully investigated. Consequently, timescales given for handling and responding to complaints are indicative.
