The Royal Air Force Museum is a national museum, a Government non-departmental public body (NDPB) and a registered charity, with two sister sites at London and Cosford. RAF Museum Enterprises Ltd is the trading arm of the RAF Museum with all profits gift-aided to the Museum to support its charitable activities. Our purpose is to share the RAF story, past, present and future – using the stories of its people and our collections in order to engage, inform and inspire everyone. Our overall vision is to inspire everyone with the RAF story – the people who shape it and its place in our lives.

The Visitor Experience Assistants will deliver a range of visitor experiences, providing consistently high standards of customer care and actively support the strategic priorities of the museum, especially in relation to interpreting the story of the RAF and increasing commercial income.
The position requires excellent communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, delivering a warm welcome to everyone you meet.
Normal working hours between 09:15 and 17:15 (earlier or later shifts may apply). A minimum shift of 4 hours per day and a maximum shift of 8 hours per day apply including some weekends and bank holidays.
