Aeroplay! is a fun and energetic play space where young aviators can climb, crawl and slide through an exciting indoor airfield.

Children can scale a climbing wall and explore the aircraft’s multi-level soft play structure, discovering routes and obstacles along the way.
Slide, Crawl and Interact
Slides, tunnels and rotating propellers create an energetic play space, with a digital wall adding extra interactive fun!
Toddler Play
Younger children can enjoy age-appropriate play in their own safe space, designed for early exploration, confidence building and lots of fun.
Sessions last 1½ hours, are bookable in advance, or subject to availability can be purchased on the day. However, we do recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment. The sessions are designed to give children plenty of time to explore and play.

Safe and Enjoyable Play
To help keep Aeroplay! safe and enjoyable for everyone:
- children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult
- socks must be worn in the play area
- food and drink is not permitted inside the play zones

Aeroplay! Seasonal Off-Peak Pass
Regular visitors can enjoy Aeroplay! even more with a Seasonal Pass.
An Off-Peak Seasonal Pass provides great value for families who want to return again and again for play sessions Monday to Friday, either during the day or after school.

When does Aeroplay! open? 
Aeroplay! is currently under construction and will open April 2026. Register your email to be first to know the launch date.
What is included in a party booking?
Party bookings include a 1½ hour soft play session after which food and drinks are served in an exclusive private party room. Party bookings are for a minimum of 10 and up to a maximum of 30 children.
Can adults join children in the soft play?
Adults are responsible for supervising their children and must remain in the soft play area at all times. Adults are not permitted to use the play equipment themselves.
Is Aeroplay! accessible for wheelchairs and buggies?
The space is step-free. The soft play structure is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking online to guarantee your spot. We often reach capacity during weekends and school holidays, so booking ahead ensures you won’t be disappointed.
What ages is Aeroplay! suitable for?
Aeroplay! is perfect for children aged 6 months to 8 years. Our special toddler section is just for our tiniest visitors aged 6 months to 3 years.
Can we bring our own food?
No, we cannot allow outside food and drink into Aeroplay! for allergy prevention reasons. However, we do have a café serving delicious food and drinks for everyone. We do make an exception for baby food for children under 1 year.

Can we take photos?
Photography is not permitted within Aeroplay!, however you can take photos in your own private party room.
What happens to lost items?
Lost property will be held at Aeroplay! for the day, after which it will go to the Museum’s lost property area. Please ask one of our front of house assistants.
