Aircraft Recognition Cards

Aircraft recognition was a vital skill for the Royal Observer Corps and aircrew, with many hours devoted to studying photographs or drawings of aircraft. Illustrated playing cards added some fun to the process. These cards are a later version of the cards that were available during the Battle of Britain. The must have adoption for any budding spotter!
