RAF Form 2732 enabled the bearer to claim for their chocolate and sugar confectionery ration coupon from the Navy, Army and Air Force Institute or NAAFI, a recreation facility found on most military bases. Sugar rationing in the UK did not end until 1953.

How do I give an adoption as a gift?

When completing the form, there will be a section that asks if your adoption is a gift. Just tick that, and then fill in the box with the name and address of the person you are gifting your adoption to, and we will make sure that they recieve their pack!

If you would like it to be sent by a certain date, or need to change the address after making your donation, just reach out to Sophie on development@rafmuseum.org and we would be happy to help.
