Donating whilst visiting our Museums
You can donate when visiting our two sites – the RAF Museum London and RAF Museum Midlands.
There are many ways to do this including donating when booking an admission ticket, tapping one of our contactless devices, popping some money in our cash boxes or donating during your welcome.
Donations given when visiting will support the RAF Museum, which is incorporated by Royal Charter (RC000922) and a charity registered in England and Wales (1197541).
Donations taken through our contactless devices at both sites incur a transaction fee of 1.59% plus 10p per donation. If you were to give £6, then this will incur a fee of 19p, so £5.81 will be donated to the Museum.
Cash donations and donations taken at the welcome point through our till don’t incur a transaction fee and 100% of your donation will be donated to the Museum.
If you donated when booking an admission ticket, this doesn’t incur a transaction fee and 100% of your donation will be gifted to the Museum. You can gift aid your donation when donating this way, which can increase the value of your donation by 25% with no additional cost to you. Please click here to learn more about Gift Aid.
