Please note:

Both our Refuel and Cold War Cafes will be closed from 16 - 18 September for staff training.

A basic catering offering will run on these dates from outside our Visitor Centre.  

Refuel 

Refuel is open daily from 10.00am – 4.00pm daily and covers all your food and drink needs during your visit at the Museum.
You can join us for breakfast between 10.00am - 11.00am and enjoy the ‘Refuel Full Breakfast’ or for something lighter why not try a freshly baked pastry or homemade granola pot.

Food is available from the food counter from 11.30am where there are jacket potatoes, our ‘fidget sausage roll’ and chefs daily specials on offer along with a selection of fresh salads.

The Refuel Kitchen is open from 12.00pm – 2.30pm for hot food with classics such as ‘Spitfire Ale battered fish and chips’ or the Refuel Beef Burger.

There is a large selection of grab and go sandwiches and drinks from the chillers on offer throughout the day, but for those with a sweet tooth the bakery island is where you should be with a selection of cakes, scones and various gluten free brownies and fruit filled flapjacks all made by our fabulous baker.

The Refuel Brew Bar is open from 10.00am – 4.00pm serving hot drinks to enjoy in the Visitor Centre. 

We cannot forget the children at Refuel with a menu available from 12.00pm - 2.30pm and the picnic offer available all day from the chillers.

Cold War Cafe

Located on the lower level of the National Cold War Exhibition and ideal for a quick refreshment break during your day at the Museum.

On sale are hot beverages, a selection of grab and go sandwiches, drinks and more bakery goods to enjoy.

Open daily 10.30am – 3.00pm (School Holidays 10.30am – 4.00pm).
