The deli fridges are full of the new E10 range of sandwiches, wraps and baguettes, which only use the highest quality seasonal ingredients with the lowest possible delivery miles to minimise our carbon footprint.
With summer just around the corner a milkshake and frappé menu has been added to the drinks offer perfect for both adults and children.
The safety and well-being of our team and customers will always be our priority, so in order for our teams to practice social distancing we will have fewer people working, at times this may mean that food orders take a little longer than normal and so we ask that customers please follow the signage and queue systems in place to keep everyone safe. To help reduce the need to queue we now offer an online click & collect service and an online dine-in service. Orders can be placed and paid for in advance, so you only enter the restaurant to collect them.
Further details are available in the restaurant and staff will always be on hand to help.
The team will operate the Compass Gold Standard and will always wear face masks and protective equipment.
The front of house areas will be cleaned frequently throughout the day and hand sanitizing points are available on entry, at all till points and collection areas for customer use.
The Checkpoint – closed until further notice.
Located on the lower level of the National Cold War Exhibition and ideal for a quick refreshment break during your day at the Museum.
On sale are hot beverages, a selection of grab and go sandwiches, drinks and more bakery goods to enjoy.
Open Saturday and Sundays from 10:30am – 3:30pm.
Wearing of Facemasks
We strongly recommend that all visitors wear a face covering when visiting our galleries, shop and restaurant* unless they were previously exempt from doing so. You will not need to wear one when outside in our green spaces, unless it makes you more comfortable to do so. We would also ask that when in our buildings that our visitors be aware of others around them and where possible maintain a social distance of 1 metre.
*Except when seated.
