Public Events - Accessibility Information

Activity Type A

These activities have a designated start time and participants must complete the activity within the time frame, alongside other participants. There will not be the option to begin, leave the activity and return to complete later.

Activity Type B

These activities have a session time where participants can walk up and interact at their own timing, with the potential to leave and return at their own leisure. This allows participants to come and go at their own discretion and decide whether the activity at the time is too busy with other participants etc. However the activity must be completed within the session time, or return if there are more sessions that day.

Activity Type C

These activities are held where participants must be in the same space for the duration such as talks, films, shows etc. Participants must arrive before the activity begins to ensure time to sit down or find a space and then must stay there for the duration. These activities are normally busy and can be loud depending on the activity.

Activity Type D

These activities include aircraft or vehicle access and are limited to numbers and time spent aboard. Participants will have to complete the access during their timed slot and alongside other participants. Participants will not be able to leave and return to complete the access.
