Join us for free digital sessions at the RAF Museum Midlands in collaboration with Tablet Academy to develop your digital skills using free tools to streamline your digital life.
On Thursday 15 January 2026 we will be hosting our Digital Skills for museum, gallery or public attraction workers session at 09:30am – 12:30pm and 13:30pm – 16:30pm
This three hour long session is recommended for staff from small-sized museums, galleries, libraries and similar attractions. It will focus on how to build a successful online brand using tools such as AI (Copilot) and Canva, including how to capture and edit quality content and tips for social media and online marketing. It will be an opportunity to meet fellow industry professionals.
We recommended that you bring along some images and/or video clips from your organisation that you would like to work with.
This session will be based on iPads and Windows 11 laptops provided on the day. There are only 15 spaces available for each session, so book here to secure your free place or call 01902 376 200 if you need assistance.
Each session is tailored to meet the needs of the intended audience, whether you are a school leaver, business professional, or just looking to increase your personal digital skills. Industry professionals will guide you through using free tools and making the most of your existing software, as well as tips and tricks. A takeaway guide of what you have learnt will be available for each session.
The sessions are free to attend as part of our Inspiring Everyone – RAF Museum Midlands Development Programme. Please ensure you book your session space here as capacity is limited.
Sessions will be hosted in our National Cold War Exhibition at RAF Museum Midlands.
Devices, refreshments and free car parking passes will be provided for all the sessions.
