On Thursday 15 January 2026 we will be hosting our Digital skills for museum, gallery or public attraction workers session  at 14:00pm – 17:00pm and 18:00pm – 21:00pm

Want to make your museum, gallery, or library stand out online? Join this practical three-hour session designed for staff from smaller attractions. We’ll show you how to build a strong online presence using free and easy tools like Microsoft Copilot and Canva.

You’ll learn how to:

• Create eye-catching social media posts without needing a design background.
• Write engaging captions and content with the help of AI.
• Capture and edit great photos and videos to showcase your venue.
• Promote your attraction online with simple marketing tips that work.

It’s also a great chance to connect with others in the industry and share ideas. No tech jargon, just practical skills you can use right away.

We recommended that you bring along some images and/or video clips from your organisation that you would like to work with.

This session will be based on iPads and Windows 11 laptops provided on the day.

The sessions are free to attend as part of our Inspiring Everyone – RAF Museum Midlands Development Programme. Please ensure you book your session space here as there are only 15 spaces available for each session –  book here to secure your free place or call 01902 376 200 if you need assistance.

Sessions will be hosted in our National Cold War Exhibition at RAF Museum Midlands.

Devices, refreshments and free car parking passes will be provided for all the sessions.
