With live music, children’s activities and food stalls from across the UK, it’s an unmissable event for all ages. Tuck into pizza, kebabs, curries and more, then explore the Museum’s amazing aircraft displays. It’s a day out like no other.

Why should stallholders attend?

The Barnet Food Festival is sure to be the highlight of the Museum’s vibrant public events programme which regularly attracts thousands of visitors. It will be a great opportunity to promote your business to many hungry visitors of all ages and demographics.
Does the RAF Museum have any previous experience hosting food festivals?

Yes! At it’s Midland site, the RAF Museum hosted it’s food festival for 10 highly successful consecutive years. Developments to the Midland site will prevent it taking place this year hence, the opportunity to host it in London.
How many visitors are expected to attend?

The last Midlands festival attracted some 14,000 visitors across the two days and we’re keen to compete with that figure in London!
Will there be paid entrance to the festival?

Children’s tickets are priced at £5.00, adults at £10.00 and a family ticket of up to 2 adults & 2 children available for £27.50.
Do stallholders need need to provide their own infrastructure?

Yes. Stallholders need to provide their own gazebo, food truck or similar.
Can a stallholder attend for just one day?

No. The pitch fee covers attendance at both days of the festival.
How much is the pitch fee?

A standard 3m x 3m pitch is £300 including VAT.
Are there any discounts available?

Yes. Until the 1st of June, there is an Early-Bird discount available which reduces a standard pitch to just £250!
