The fully heated Second World War Hangar is a fantastic location for a dinner or reception. Imagine guests arriving for a drinks reception surrounded by the Argosy and the Anson before moving on to dine beneath the wings of the magnificent Comet and Varsity.
Entertainment and an after dinner bar can also be set up in the Hangar ensuring a truly memorable event for guests.
Set within a stunning glass fronted building, the light and airy Visitor Centre is a stunning contemporary space for an exclusive evening reception or dinner.
National Cold War Exhibition
Impress your guests with a drinks reception beneath the legendary Vulcan, Victor and Valiant.
Opened by HRH Princess Royal and with special guests including Baroness Thatcher, the award winning National Cold War Exhibition is a landmark building accommodating iconic aircraft from the period – some of which are the only surviving examples in the world.
The exhibition tells the story of the Cold War through displays of not only aircraft, but also exhibits of pop-culture icons, postcards sent across the borders of Berlin, film posters, album covers and toys.
War in the Air Hangar
Spitfire, Lincoln, Mosquito, these are just some of the iconic Second World War aircraft you could dine amongst in the War in the Air Hangar. This space is intimate and truly atmospheric for smaller dinners.
