Hendon Kitchen

Hendon Kitchen is a light and bright family-friendly café serving a hearty canteen style menu from quality British ingredients.

From light snacks, lunches and cakes to fine teas and freshly ground coffee, Hendon Kitchen is the perfect place to relax and refuel.

The café is counter service with reservations available for groups of 10 or more only.

The Hendon Kitchen will be closed on Monday 2 March for its annual stock take. Teas, coffees and snacks will be provided in the Sunderland Café, Hangar 1, on this date. We would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause.

A place to pick up a cappuccino and light snack before exploring the Museum. Find us through our Main Entrance and turn left. The café is directly opposite the Sunderland Flying Boat.
