Come and see our new temporary exhibition in Hangar 1, Historic Hendon.
This display was created by the RAF Museum London Youth Panel and showcases the history of our site from its beginnings as the London Aerodrome to the RAF Museum of today. Find out more about our local area and some incredible stories that surprised the Youth Panel, such as exciting aviation firsts and even links to the Suffrage movement.
Historic Hendon can be found in Hangar 1 by the Sunderland Flying Boat and will be on display until July 2027.
