What are our priorities and how are we doing?
Annual reports are published in the policy and performance section.
The Museum’s performance is recorded in the Annual Financial Statements.
Key Performance Indicators have been identified, and reports are included in the Annual Report and Accounts.
From time to time reports on performance are received from external sources, for example, the Visitor Attraction Quality Assurance Scheme.
Service standards – our Vision
The vision of the Royal Air Force Museum is to ensure that the Royal Air Force’s story endures and enriches future generations.
The RAF Museum will be a world-leading visitor destination that engages, inspires and connects everyone with the RAF story through exploration of its people and its collections.
Our purpose is to share the story of the Royal Air Force, past, present and future – using the stories of its people and our collections in order to engage, inspire and encourage learning.
