Our room hire charges for our conference facilities are listed below, but don’t forget that we also offer a range of Day Delegate Rates.
- Boardroom meetings from £400.00
- Meeting spaces from £1,950.00
- Exhibition spaces from £2,150.00
- Day delegate rates from £50.00 per person
Daytime events include exclusive use of the conference desk, cloakroom facilities and access to the Museum between 10am and 5pm.
Room hire charges also include complimentary Wi-Fi.
Prices quoted exclude VAT.
- Receptions in our aircraft halls from £3,500.00
- Dinners in our aircraft halls from £6,000.00
- Boardroom, meeting and exhibition space available for evening hire (price on application)
Evening receptions and dinners include cloakroom facilities, AV technician support, security and event management support.

Audio Visual Equipment
Most daytime room hire charges include basic AV equipment, for example, a data projector with a projector screen, flipchart and a lectern with lectern microphone. Furthermore, all corporate guests receive complimentary Wi-Fi.
Additional AV equipment is available on request for a charge, such as PA systems, radio/lapel microphones and videoconferencing facilities.
For evening events all our aircraft halls comes equipped with atmospheric event lighting and PA system’s to allow background music to be played during your reception or dinner.
