We have been on several museum based sleepovers in the past and we unanimously agreed that this experience has been one of the best! So well organised before and during the event. Museum staff were excellent considering weather conditions they could not have done any better. The event was enjoyed by everyone that attended not one adverse comment. 4 February 2021 By Bolser
The venue is a brilliant place to hold a seminar with the museum to look around afterwards. The events team were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went seamlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to host an event, large or small. 4 February 2021 By Bolser
Couldn’t have any real improvement. Was very very good. All staff were helpful, friendly, polite and courteous. Great knowledge from the 2 guides we had and also fantastic service from Jade. Couldn’t have asked for more. 4 February 2021 By Bolser
The notices coming into the car park with our company details on was a really nice touch, and also you doing ‘meet and greet’ in reception and pointing people to the room and coffee etc made us feel really welcome. Comments made on the food was that it was really varied and a great selection of vegetarian so no additional dietary requirements where required. Everything was extremely well structured and on time. Everyone was very helpful, organised and friendly.
