The RAF Museum, Midlands will be holding a Service of Remembrance on Sunday 10 November, paying respect to those service men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice during their tours of duty.
Remembrance Day is an opportunity to honour those who serve to defend our way of life. We remember the sacrifice of the Armed Forces, pay tribute to the special contribution of the families and emergency services, and acknowledge innocent civilians who have lost their lives in conflict. Join us at the RAF Museum Midlands to commemorate such a special day. Tickets are free, but please pre-book to ensure your place.
There will be a commemorative service on Sunday 10th November followed by readings and a performance by a local choir.
We ask that if you are attending the service, to arrive by 10:30am. There will be limited seating available, and priority will be given to those who are unable to stand for the whole service.
There will be a 2-minute silence across the site at 11:00am.
