Named after the founder of the Museum, Sir Dermot Boyle. The Dermot Boyle Wing is a linked location that can be separated into two self contained areas: the Cosford Room and the Locking Room. With 480 square metres of combined floor space the versatility of this wing is endless, making it an ideal space for all types of events.

The larger of the two areas forming the Dermot Boyle Wing, the Cosford Room, has a high ceiling of 6m, three phase power and a loading bay for ease of access. Typical uses of the Cosford Room include trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, meetings and vehicle research projects.

The Cosford Room is also ideally used for large cabaret meetings for up to 120 people and theatre style meetings for 250 people as comes equipped with a large ceiling mounted data projector and screen.
