Douglas Bader’s log book is one of the treasures in the Museum’s archive collection. His first log book, which ends shortly after his accident, is owned by a private collector.
Dunkirk, May and June 1940. Flying as Commander of No. 222 Squadron’s “A” Flight, Bader scores his first combat victory.
