The RAF Museum is pleased to announce that it has re-opened its remote enquiry service.

Thank you for your patience whilst the Museum undertook a review of this aspect of its work.

As a result of the review please be aware that:

  • The reading room at our London site will now be open Wednesdays and Thursdays 10.00am-4.00pm

  • There will be some changes to the charges made by the Museum to facilitate the enquiry service

  • A new area on the Museum’s website is being created which will focus on research. You will be able to find out more about the RAF’s history; its people, equipment and how to access the Museum’s collections. We will be developing this area over the coming months – offering guidance on researching various topics; highlighting research which has used the Museum’s collections and sharing details of upcoming research events. Watch this space..

PLEASE NOTE

Should you wish to send a research enquiry to the Museum, the email address has changed, please use askcollections@rafmuseum.org
